We stand by our product 100%, no questions asked. If you have a problem we will solve it. Just reach out to our Customer Happiness team.  We will review and honor the returns up to 10 days from the time you recieve the item(s). 

What is Saaj Design's Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?

Saaj Design’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Saaj Design’s for any reason within the specified 7-Days return/exchange period (For non-customized dresses) . We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us:

  • Pick up: In most locations, we offer a pick up service. 
  • Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, you have to ship us back, on the address provided by service manager.
What can I return?

You may return any non customized dress that is unused, in new condition, or any item that was damaged upon receipt. Masks, Accessories, Customized styles and Stitched Blouses are not returnable.

Can I return a customized dress?

Customized dresses are prepared with your ready to wear measurement, so those will be non-returnable. But we do support one free alteration for customized dresses you bought from saajdesigns.

Can I return products purchased during Sale?

Products purchased during or on Sale will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects. Accessories, Customised styles and Stitched Blouses are not returnable.

Who Pay for Shipping?

Do not Worry, If an item is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt, SaajDesigns will reimburse the complete shipping costs for dispatch and return.

When the Items returned due to change of mind or sizing issues (definitive sizing information is posted on the site) required you to pay for dispatch and return item(s) to us.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds for returned items will initiated once the item passes our quality check. This will typically be within a week from date of return pickup.

For COD orders refunds will be provided via store credit equivalent to the total order value. We cannot refund the amount by any other method, such as UPI or bank transfer. 

How can I claim my return/refund?

For return/refund requests kindly login to your account, click “Orders” and select the order number and place a request. 

You can escalate a return request by emailing us on with the reason to return within 24-48 hours from the time the product is delivered. Our Service Manager will revert back to you within 24 hour’s time.
